MasBooks provides restaurant bookkeeping software on a subscription basis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Service
MasBooks helps you record expenses, vendors, payroll expenses, utilities, sales and documents. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accountant, tax preparer, or payroll processor and does not file taxes or process payroll.
Your data
Each restaurant’s data is isolated and accessible only to users you authorize. You own your data and may export it at any time, including after cancellation.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. If payment fails the account becomes read-only after a grace period; your data is retained and remains exportable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access other tenants’ data.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” Always confirm financial figures with a qualified accountant.
