What we collect
Account details (name, email), and the business records you enter (expenses, vendors, payroll expenses, sales, uploaded documents). We do not collect employee Social Security Numbers and ask that you never store them.
How it is used
Solely to provide the bookkeeping service to your restaurant. We do not sell your data. Uploaded invoices/receipts are processed by our OCR provider only to extract the fields you review.
Storage & security
Data is stored with row-level isolation per restaurant. Files are private and served only via short-lived signed links. All important actions are recorded in an immutable audit log.
Retention & deletion
Deleted records are recoverable for ~30 days, then may be permanently removed. You may request full export or deletion of your account data.
Support access
Our staff access a restaurant’s data only for support, and every such access is logged.
